The Residential Colleges offer a range of scholarships that are generally awarded on the basis of academic results, personal qualities, leadership, community contribution and/or financial need. The colleges are committed to ensuring that the college experience will remain accessible to students, providing them with opportunities to participate and be a part of the college community.
Thanks to former students and other benefactors, the colleges are able to offer assistance to students who, for reasons of financial need, would not otherwise be able to enter or remain in College. Students who would like to come to college but think they cannot afford the fees should discuss their options with their preferred college.
Financial assistance options include scholarships, prizes and bursaries and a number of colleges also offer employment opportunities mostly to students in their second year or above.
Many college students benefit from some form of assistance during their years at college.
To learn about scholarships and financial assistance options, contact the college of your preference to discuss the options available to you.
Applications for scholarships and /or financial assistance are made in addition to the college application and submitted directly to the college of first preference.
