Online Residency Application Form

Using this form, you can apply for residency at The University of Melbourne's Residential Colleges and Halls.

Step by step, you will be asked to fill in the following information (if applicable):

1. Your College Preference.
2. Your Personal Details.
3. Your Family Details.
4. Details of your Education History.
5. Whether you have any Special Needs.
6. Your Financial Details.
7. Your International Student Details (if you are an international student).
8. Your Referee Details.

IMPORTANT

At the end of the application process you will be asked to print and sign a transcript of your submission.

You must then post this transcript with a cheque for $35 and four passport sized photographs of yourself to the College of your first preference.

Your application will not be complete until these have been received.
