Undergraduate

Find your place in a diverse community that will bring out the best in you. From exceptional academic programs and leadership opportunities to a wide variety of extracurricular activities, College is a deeply transformative experience – intellectually, socially and personally. It’s also a great way to make the transition to University and living away from home.

Learning

Ask questions. Explore a new idea. Stretch your thinking. All Colleges offer a comprehensive small-group tutorial program to help support your University subjects. The program usually covers first and second year subjects and is delivered by tutors who are practicing professionals or graduate students that have completed their bachelor degree. Whether it’s in conversation with other students across the dining table or the chance to dive in and try new extracurricular activities, College also gives you the opportunity to learn and grow beyond the classroom.

Support

Connected and accepting, College communities let you thrive. You’ll build friendships that last a lifetime and live with residential tutors and senior student leaders who are available around-the-clock to offer support. Colleges are also committed to being a safe and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all students. Any concerns are dealt with sensitively using established policies.

Convenience

With no need to commute or worry about cooking and household chores, College lets you concentrate on your studies and making the most of University life. All Colleges serve three meals per day, seven days per week during the semester. Professional cleaning, gardening and maintenance staff also help look after College facilities.

Accommodation

All students have a separate bedroom, but share communal areas and facilities with the rest of the College. Spacious and fully furnished, your room is a private retreat to sleep, study and relax in after a busy day of classes. Each room is usually supplied with a single bed, pillow, mattress, mattress protector, mirror, towel rail, desk, desk-chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, pin board, carpet and curtains. Rooms include internet access and there is wireless internet in common areas. You’ll need to supply your own bed linen, towels, study lamp, computer, coat hangers, posters and any other personal touches. Please check with the College of your first preference to find out more about their rooms and inclusions.
